Dr. David G. Vermillion, MD, FAAP, FACP is a practicing internist and pediatrician, providing comprehensive medical care beginning at infancy and spanning through geriatrics and all stages of life in between. He is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Vermillion is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Physicians. He received his bachelor's degree in psychology and biology and his master's degree in biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He attended medical school at the University of Illinois-Rockford and did his residency in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics (2+2) at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. Dr. Vermillion and his family have lived in the Morris area since 1993.

Dawn Hawkins, APN
Dawn Hawkins, APN, FNP-BC is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner working with Dr. Vermillion. Dawn graduated from the University of St. Francis in 2001 with her bachelor's degree in nursing and in 2013 with her master's degree in nursing. She specializes in providing quality care from infancy into older adulthood. Dawn has been working with Dr. Vermillion since 2013.
