Services provided at this office include: Well-child and health maintenance visits for all ages. We can conduct school, camp and sports physicals, work physicals, routine, and annual physicals, Our practitioners treat acute and chronic medical problems and illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, and other medical conditions. We provide patient education about such topics as ADD/ADHD, diabetes management, hypertension, cardiac disease, weight management and smoking cessation. We can also perform CDL medical exams with certification. In addition we provide care for infants, children and adults with special needs. We can also care for your aging relatives residing in local skilled nursing facilities.

Our skilled nursing staff provides a variety of services such as blood pressure monitoring, immunizations such as influenza, pneumonia, tetanus and other scheduled immunizations.

Our on site lab can draw your acute and routine labs without having to drive to another facility.
